I ordered the ‘Best Day Bouquet’ for my best friend’s 40th birthday. I even called days prior to see if sunflowers were available for that particular bouquet. The florist Linda assured me that they had plenty of sunflowers in store for the arrangement. I even received an email the evening before with a picture attached of the final bouquet before it was to be delivered the following day and if I had any questions or concerns. The level of professionalism from a business to do this is absolutely impressive! Also a thank you to Jim the delivery driver for double checking and calling me to make sure my friend was home at the time. Your patience and thoughtfulness was so recognized. My friend had called me in tears after receiving her bouquet, she said it was truly one of the most beautiful flower arrangements she has ever received! Again, Thank you Ipswich Hearts ‘N’ Flowers for providing such fantastic customer service and healthy, beautiful flowers. The picture pales in comparison to the bouquet that my young friend received. Sent as a get-well gift, the bouquet delivered was vibrant and totally made their day. This will be my go-to from here on.

This was a truly stress free experience! I wanted to bring beautiful flowers with me to my boyfriend’s Nana’s birthday dinner and didn’t know about the event until the morning of. I went online and ordered this arrangement and it was ready within a few hours so I could pick it up on lunch! The flowers were so healthy and full and I was greeted with friendly faces when I picked it up! A truly lovely experience through and through.
