In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I send flowers to my mother every other month. She is almost 90 years old and is caring for my father (92). I'm 500 miles away so this is one thing I can do to help keep her spirits up. She has loved every delivery! Thank you for making such beautiful arrangements. And a big thank you to the person who does the deliveries, as he makes sure the flowers are placed safely inside when they are home or left in a safe place when they are not. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for your years of support and wonderful reviews. If I could give more stars, I would! Ipswich Hearts 'N Flowers never disappoints. The arrangements are beautiful. The flowers are fresh and last a long time. They have a wide selection of arrangements. I highly recommend Ipswich Hearts "N Flowers!
