When I realized I put the wrong delivery date on my order, I called the shop immediately. The young woman I spoke with was extremely nice and understood how important it was for me to get the arrangement to my aunt on the correct day, which was that same day. She got the arrangement done and had the driver take it to my aunt within an hour after my call. It was truly a pleasant experience.
