I can't begin to express how happy we are with both your product and your customer service. The arrangement was perfect but what excited me the most was that you sent me a picture of the arrangement when it was done. So many times I've heard from people that flowers from other florists arrived in a pitiful arrangement. With the picture, I knew exactly what it looked like. Thank you so much.
